LOVE this article! Daily dose of inspiration Nikita! 💛 Btw was just wondering, do you think “futureproofing” means being an architect or an archaeologist? Or a bit of both?
SO glad you liked it Yoyo and thanks for the feedback :) Hmm, great question. I think that there's a time and a place to be both an architect and an archaeologist e.g., if you're embarking on a new creative exploration, it's probably best to be an archaeologist vs an architect. When it comes to futureproofing, I think it depends what your own definition of futureproofing is and what you're futureproofing yourself for. What contexts are you thinking about?
That’s so true! Been thinking abt this a lot lately, mhmm the more I think about futureproofing the more I think it’s having an architect vision + an archaeologist mindset, ie having a general direction to work towards but being open to changes/enjoying the serendipity that comes within the process… maybe for me futureproofing is not necessarily building any hard skills but rather the resilience via continuously learning/unlearning
This is so Foucault. Keep building as the archeologist- i’m plugged in 🙌🏽
Your support means the world Anthony!
