Building Fractal #5
This is the fifth in a series of weekly newsletters where I'll be sharing my journey of reimagining the intersection between the future of work and AI.
Good evening from London!
A snappy one this week as things are hotting up (weather and work wise) …
Let’s get into it…
💡 In this section, I’ll evaluate how building went last week.
What we did well last week:
What we could do better this week:
Main learnings 🧭
💡 I find the best way to integrate learnings into future work is to clarify them through writing and share them so they can be helpful to others.
🤔 Internal musing: Now that I’m starting to see quicker progress across all projects, I’m feeling (slightly) overwhelmed and considering how best to distribute my time across various projects to ensure I’m doubling down where there’s traction vs where it’s easy to get stuck in busywork.
🤔 Internal musing: The best business ideas are often accidental.
✅ External feedback: When your product or service is adding value to someone, it will be ABUNDANTLY clear, because they will make sure you (and loads of other people) know about it.
✅ External feedback: The futureproof content and curriculum I’ve been building out isn’t just relevant for students and recent grads, but is also hitting hard with career switchers and people who’ve recently been laid off. I honestly think these ideas are so powerful and am eager to make them more mainstream.
Kudos 🙌
💡 A quick moment to show my appreciation for my community, collaborators and supporters.
Thanks to the people who are putting their trust in me to deliver value to them and their teams. While it’s certainly an important time to be thinking about futureproofing, I also understand how fear-inducing AI can be. Remember - you are at the forefront of this shift and are leading the way for others!
Asks & Offers 🍀
💡 What support do I need and can I offer this week?
Offer: We’ve been working hard to design the 100DaysofAI course content over the past few weeks and are excited to be launching just 5 early bird slots for teams who want to augment themselves with AI, save time and be more productive. As a reminder, 100DaysofAI is a learning sprint that delivers daily 30 minute challenge-based lessons to empower teams with practical AI skills. Enrol your team here or book a discovery call. I’m VERY excited about it, mainly because this is probably one of the first AI courses that’s actually built with AI…meta, I know.
Catch you next week and thanks for your support as always :)
